Assam - The Government of Assam has issued Vide No.E-238621/700 notification regarding revision of minimum wages for various scheduled employment with effect from 1st June 2025.
Madhya Pradesh - The Government of Madhya Pradesh has issued Vide No.227/Off Name/Enforcement(2024/4359-429) has released Regarding payment of arrears of revised minimum wage rates from 01.04.2024 under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

Notification of the Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2026
The Government of Bihar Vide S.O. 75 ,has released Notification of the Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2026. Amended the Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme Rules, 2008 to increase financial assistance for migrant workers in cases of death, permanent disability, or partial disability. The revised rules now provide grants of ₹4,00,000 for death, ₹1,00,000 for permanent disability, and ₹50,000 for partial disability, all payable via RTGS. The State will also cover transportation costs for bringing back the bodies of deceased migrant workers from other states or abroad.

Notification of the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Rules, 2025
